IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY AND BE LIED TO AND OVER CHARGED THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO....... IF YOU WANT TO BE SMART AND NOT GET RIPPED OFF.. THEN WELL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... TAKE THIS AS A WARNING FROM A CUSTOMER WHO WENT HERE AND GOT BURNED BADLY... HORRIBLE PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE... VERY RUDE ATTITUDES AND THEY ALSO MAKE RUDE COMMENTS ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND TOWARD CUSTOMERS INCLUDING NAME CALLING... I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE IN TOWN HAS THIS ON RECORD AND KNOWS TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE... They have had my car now for over a month. They don't open every day. Everytime I talk to him he claims will be ready in a day or two. It's been a day or two for over 4 weeks. Don't take your vehicle there. You may not get it back
Mr. Mike Richard, owner and operator of Precision Transmission in Jonesbourough, in my opinion, specializes only in lying. My car has been back and forth for the last 8 months and is still leaking transmission fluid. Do yourself and all of your friends, family and neighbors a favor and tell them to stay as far away from this podunk shop as possible. They might be able to repair something, but it's sure not transmissions. :) By the way, I had to give it at least one star so it would post. This junk heap and it's owner deserve no stars. Trust me.
