I desperately needed to move a mattress set and called to check to see how much they would charge for moving from Johnson City to Kingsport (about 20 miles). The gentleman I spoke too quoted a very good price for me. I needed to be moved out by Saturday. So I returned the call to them on a Thursday to see if they could come on Friday or Saturday. No answer. I called again, no answer. Finally on Friday after calling twice, around 1pm I was able to reach someone. He stated they possible could come by Friday afternoon and deliver it on Saturday or they could just come on Saturday. This is now Sunday, have not heard a word. Called 4 more times. Worst company! I know that I am not a huge move, but for 160 for an hour of your time?! Come on!
Poor. Never never use
They are irresponsible, unfriendly and bad. They damage stuff and do not turn up to take care of them. They damaged our door and never came to fix it although they said they would and kept us waiting. Once paid you cannot get hold of them.
SUMMARY: DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!
I have moved 4 times in the past 5 years, three were out of area relocations. My experience with this small company was better than the one I had with United Van Lines!!!! Yes I said it!!! Not only was I quoted an unbelievable rate. Brad and his crew arrived ON TIME....on a Sunday and ready to work. They were friendly, polite and very efficient. In my opinion they respected my possessions and nothing was damaged in my move!! I WILL definitely use them again and would definitely recommend their services.
All About Moving showed up with a few days' notice and did a great job moving our furniture. They were professional, skillful, careful, efficient and moved quickly without rushing. We were very pleased.
