I have never had so much trouble or frustration in contacting my son while he has been held there as a Fed inmate and held for sentencing!! The Website for the facility is not user friendly and the other web sites listed for phone connections or cards are not reliable ( recent international Hacking/ or scams ) - what is a mother to do?? Those jail/prison Commissary/phone sites do NOT need to be run by the facilities themselves or by foreigners - but by families invested in loved ones who are there!! I live over 500 miles away and have no choice but to pay a friend to go PHYSICALLY to the facility to buy a phone card. Something very wrong with the system.....jus say'in.....:-(
