I rented a short term lease with black hawk and after completing the lease they never returned my deposit. I have spoke with Steve bacon multiple times to only hear the same song and dance"the check is in the mail". Renter beware they are dishonest!
Contacted them and looked at a house. Steve called back to see if we were interested in it as somebody else looked, we told him yes. He said fill out the app and pay the 30 fee, which we did. We never heard back. They were NEVER in even before looking, and now it's been 2 solid days of phone calls, messages, and they do not answer. Makes you wonder what it would be like if the pipes burst and you needed help. Ridiculous and a sham. These companies collect these fees and disappear.
