Jonesborough location - rude staff, unfriendly, unhelpful and not useful. Will never use this florist again. Placed an order online, called to verify - they had no record of it and had no idea how to look it up via the confirmation number. Don't have software or accept online orders if you have no idea how to work the system.
Bought my mom some flowers for her work desk. Very helpful staff. Nice prices. Would visit them again if need of flowers arises.
I went to this place to buy a bouquet for my DD without any knowledge of how to order flowers and the ladies here were super helpful! One of the florists gave me suggestions on what flowers to choose, color combination and price. The end result was a perfect bouquet: beautiful, reasonably priced and well made. Thanks!!!!

Just stopped in looking for flowers for Mother's Day and the ladies were SO helpful! They not only had one of the most beautiful orchids I've ever seen, but they even transferred it to a ceramic pot that was perfect for our mom & helped pack it up in a box so we could travel to Knoxville without it getting damaged! Wonderful service and fabulous selection!
