Timing is everything with this place. Its right on the 11 E highway so unless you have time to wait I don't recommend going from 7am till 9am. Obviously 12 or dinner lunch whatever you call it. And 3pm till 6pm because of rush hour. So with a little planning ahead you can have it your way without a delay.
They have great food and excellent service,and goooood coffee. Tables could be wiped more often that's all I noticed for improvement.
Clean friendly fast food restaurant. Menus are typical for fast food. They always have a special going. Food is good.

Service was exceptional. I ordered 2 whoppers that were warm and freshly made , Fry's had just been pulled from the fryer piping hot and the server even told me I could have my way at Burger King . So all Burger King of Jonesbourogh was exceptional today .
